About
Leana Pili is a New York based artist from Long Island. She received her training for design technology at Purchase College, where she worked on a handful of productions as a designer, scenic painter, and props charge. She continues to master her talents and obtain knowledge from other areas of study that challenge and evolve her way of creating post-graduation. Some of her previous works include working for fashion brands, such as Hermès, Giorgio Armani, and Coach, being a Props and Scenic Designer for The Fire This Time Festival, and having the opportunity to set dress for Six Flags Great Adventure's Fright Fest and Hersheypark's Holiday event. She currently works as a scenic painter in fabrication shops in the New York City area. As an artist and woman of color, she aspires to play her part in elevating BIPOC and other marginalized voices within the entertainment industry.
